Really interesting. I'm going right on with my geezer fitness: walking 3 or 4 miles around the hilly streets of San Francisco while listening to audiobooks. Mixed in with the trusty 3-lb weights while watching the news. Exercising when the TV is on is good for keeping from throwing things.
