I've invested years of my life into passing laws legalizing Medical Aid in Dying, which should be available nationwide, IMHO. But figuring out how that works for early dementia is difficult -- I do NOT support euthanasia. It just seems increasingly clear that we need better choices for individuals who don't want to have their lives end with years & years of dementia.
