I long ago gave up trying to figure which publication was best for Medium stories. But Illumination seems good for many. I enjoy doing humor on The Haven, and LOVE The Shortform, but because I don't really have a "niche" - I just write when I think there's something to say that might interest others - Illumination is a great go-to publication.
