As an aged, and still aging, person, I'm inclined to go with Mary McGrath's tactic (below) and just laugh at the "aging" stereotypes that are proven wrong every 15 minutes. Life is a (fascinating) process and I second your suggestion about weaving education, career, etc throughout. Here's to celebrating life at every age.
